SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES

We asked Yagazie for Clues

Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?

Prioritising investing in myself spiritually, mentally and physically has helped my growth a lot. Engaging actively in communities that have helped me stay accountable for my growth and inspired me has also helped. One thing I do is to be kind to myself and intentionally create a gratitude-enabling atmosphere around me. I write and plan daily and that includes noting even the things that may seem irrelevant. I’ve also been intentional about investing and training my team both individually and as a group. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention praying for my business and declaring what I want to see.

Something you're most proud of?

I’ve recently completed a photography project that is dear to my heart. It will be launching in August 2023 so watch this space. I also launched the Ladyboss Portrait Campaign for the 5th time, taking it to an international audience.

On Resilience

For every next level, there will be a RESISTANCE to growth and it can come in different ways. Embrace it as an indication that indeed you are on the right path.

Worth Remembering

There is always more. Don't settle for the familiar.
