A word from the host
Most events I've attended fall into one of two camps.
There's the networking event: good intentions, awkward small talk, scanning LinkedIn profiles you'll never follow up on. And there's the founder event: pitch competitions, VC panels, startup energy that doesn't quite reflect the kind of business most of us are actually building.
I kept leaving those rooms thinking: something's missing.
After years of building and even more years of serving entrepreneurs who are building, I've come to believe that growth follows a simple pattern.
You have to see it before you can do it. Vision comes first. You cannot build what you haven't imagined, and you cannot imagine what you've never been exposed to.
Then comes the work. Effort still matters. There's no shortcut past it.
But the thing that actually shortens the journey, the thing most people underestimate is Proximity. The right people in your corner don't just encourage you. They connect you to expertise, resources, and possibilities you wouldn't have found on your own.
That's what Vantage is designed to do.

We review every request within 48 hours. If your spot is confirmed, you'll receive a payment link. Your seat is held for 48 hours after confirmation. If the event is full, we'll automatically add you to the waitlist in case a spot opens up.
You won't be left to fend for yourself. Conversations are prompted and structured so that even the most introverted person in the room leaves knowing at least two or three people by name, what they're building, and how to stay connected.
During the workshop, TM takes one topic chosen by attendees (we'll send you a poll before the event) works it into something concrete — a framework or specific actions you can apply to your business this week. Expect options like creating a brand strategy or implementing AI workflows in your business. It's short, focused, and practical.
The event runs for three and a half hours, but plan for four. We don't provide childcare, so we encourage you to arrange it in advance if needed and protect the time deliberately. We know life is busy, but the people in the room and the insights you'll leave with are worth the coordination it takes to get there.
Tickets are non-refundable. If something comes up and you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. Please let us know at least 48 hours before the event.
