WALK THE TALK & DO THE WORK
Impact Report
In the past 5 years, I have:
SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES
We asked Her for Clues
Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?
Building a structured system around my work and deploying my resources to build strong and quality support systems around all of the work I do.
Something you're most proud of?
My public-private life. Being able to maintain the necessary kind of quiet and private life I always wanted, in the midst of the public nature of my work.
On Courage and Showing Up
Go bold, move wisely. Move in the direction of steady. Move in the direction of visibility that is matched with competence. Move in the direction of becoming so good you can't be ignored. Move in the direction where you are not only doing, but you are also becoming. Remember whatever you are building or however you are showing up is built first on your person, so fiercely protect and invest in your person.
Worth Remembering
You don't do what you have the potential for, you do what you have built a productive capacity for.
