Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?
People and Courage. Motherhood gave me the courage to leave a job I no longer enjoyed and focus on what truly mattered - my family. My husband’s steady support allows me to show up fully at work and outside of work.
My network has been invaluable (I got my current job through a university connection).
Finally, leaning into self-reflection through journaling and making time for introspection, has helped me show up more authentically.
Something you're most proud of?
I have pivoted careers successfully five times without ever taking a pay cut. Now, I help others make bold career moves, and seeing their progress has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey.
