Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?
My curiosity - for as long as I can remember, I have always been extremely curious. I was that child who got told, jokingly, when with patient adults, “you ask too many questions”. This curiosity is what has led me to continue stepping out of my comfort zone in new ways, evident through my ability to adapt across various industries and navigate the rapidly changing tech space with ease.
Something you're most proud of?
I am most proud of my recent decision to pivot from corporate and taking the leap in starting a Business Transformation consultancy for SMBs despite the fear that comes from stepping out of the comfort zone of paid employment to full time entrepreneurship.
On Courage and Showing Up
There is never a wasted failure. It's only an opportunity to learn and improve our game plan. A wise man once told me that winners know when to quit. This is a story for another day. It truly was what I needed to hear in a season I struggled in making a decision on what was right for my business a couple years ago.
