We asked Lady Wunmi for Clues

Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?

Continuously propelling my growth through investments in self-improvement, including enrolling in courses, pursuing professional development opportunities, and engaging with inspiring communities.

Additionally, I attribute much of my progress to cultivating self-awareness and leveraging my strengths.

Something you're most proud of?

One accomplishment I hold dear is navigating the challenges of relocating and reinventing myself, alongside establishing a new business and a Faith-based organization in a foreign culture and environment.

Embracing the complexities of unfamiliar systems and bureaucracy, while daunting, proved to be an invaluable learning experience.

On Showing Up

Creating something of value requires patience and persistence, but the rewards are always worth the effort.

Worth Remembering

Leadership is not about mastering every detail or step of the journey. It's about embracing continuous learning and being unafraid to seek guidance.
