SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES

We asked Chisom for Clues

Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?

Slowing down and bringing awareness to my day-to-day activity. This helps me breathe and makes me feel like I am living, not just working all the time.

Also, I respect my off-work hours; when I am not working, I am not working.

Something you're most proud of?

Accepting that building a brand is a lot of work and since the work will take what it takes. I might as well do it and enjoy the process - no matter what that looks like.

Fitness culture is often only focused on weight loss and not actual health and fitness, that’s bad. I’m proud of the movement I’m leading to show that the two phrases can and should coexist.

On Showing Up

Don't think about all the work you have to do at once. Make a list of everything involved, then take one step at a time. The work will cost whatever it costs, and this applies to fitness, health, and life.

Worth Remembering

You will fall off on your fitness sometimes, so treat those moments exactly like that: a little slip. Then without self-hate or judgment, get back up… that’s exactly what progress looks like. This is a normal process to build a strong, healthy body.
