Something that catalyzed your growth - besides working hard?
Investing in SHOWUP HQ’s Profit Accelerator program is honestly one of the biggest reasons I have the business I do today. I’ve done my best to consistently apply what I learned there, and because of that, I can genuinely say I run a profitable business doing the work I love, with clients I truly admire.
Something you're most proud of?
In 2024, I came across the Instagram profile of a product manager at a major global tech company. As I scrolled through her page, I knew she was exactly the kind of client I would love to work with. I followed her, quietly hoping that one day I’d find the courage to introduce myself properly.
To my surprise, she followed me back within the hour. It felt like my cue to reach out, but doubt crept in. I hesitated, worrying about how I might be perceived.
After going back and forth in my head for nearly an hour, I chose courage over comfort. I sent a simple, respectful message introducing myself and sharing how I could support her.
Minutes later, she responded warmly and sent her Calendly link so we could schedule a call.
When we finally spoke, the conversation flowed naturally. About 15 minutes into the call, she paid in full for my coaching services, even though she wouldn't be available for another two months.
On Reinvention
Leaving my career in HR to build my current business has been the biggest pivot of my life so far. While I was still at my last job, I freelanced as a ghostwriter on the side, because why not? I enjoyed writing and had the time.
Then I moved to a new country to be with my husband and couldn’t find the well-paying, fully remote role I had hoped for. After a few months of trying and hoping, I had an honest conversation with myself.
I had three choices: keep trying and remain broke, settle for an in-person job doing something I didn’t see a future in, or finally give my own business my full attention.
I chose to go all in on my business, and I’m thankful for what I’ve accomplished so far.
To me, reinventing yourself means having the desire to grow and the discipline to do what it takes to become the better version of yourself that you aspire to be. It’s the willingness to change when you see the need to, without worrying about what others think or say.
Reinvention is the courage to bet on yourself again and again, because you refuse to become stagnant water that slowly loses its freshness and purpose.
Note to everyone considering a pivot:
"Do it! You deserve to become the better version of yourself that you’ve been envisioning. The world deserves to experience that version of you, too. Why hesitate and never change, only to look back with regret?

Worth Remembering
Growth demands change. Accept it and celebrate it. Because if you don’t, the world would change anyway, and you’d be left wondering why you didn’t dare to reinvent yourself sooner.
